A lovely clean austerity on the nose with a hint of baby talc and citrus blossom, giving way to attractive Tahitian lime fruit aromas. This is straight up and down Great Southern Riesling, with plenty of juicy goodness in a nice depth of lovely, delicate, sweet lime fruit flavours and good palate length. It has delicious tangy fruit acidity, giving us a dry Riesling that perfectly balances being zesty, flavoursome and
